关于开展澳大利亚国立大学STEMM系列前沿学术公开课和线下专题讲座的通知
澳大利亚国立大学（ANU）将于2024年9月至11月开展“STEMM系列前沿学术公开课（The STEMM Guest Lecture Series）”。来自天文学、生物学、化学、地质与海洋学、环境科学、医学、物理、公共卫生、工程、计算机科学以及科学传播等不同学科领域的顶尖学术专家将为同学们介绍ANU在相关领域的前沿研究成果。为增强同学们前沿理论功底，拓展面向国际、面向未来的学术视野，学校教务部与澳大利亚国立大学合作，有组织地开展该系列公开课，并为达到学习要求的本科生认定国际交流实践积分，欢迎同学们踊跃报名参加！

二、学习报告相关说明
1. 参加其中任意3场公开课并按要求提交学习报告者可认定国际交流实践积分1分；
2. 学习报告提交截止日期：2024年11月30日。
3. 学习报告要求1500-2500字，需包含：
（1）公开课内容摘录；
（2）公开课过程截屏；
（3）学习收获及心得体会；
4. 每期公开课后形成学习报告（Word版，内附学习过程截图），完成全部学习后将3报告打包压缩发至enroll@bit.edu.cn，邮件标题为：澳大利亚国立大学STEMM系列前沿学术公开课-姓名，邮件内注明姓名、学号、书院/学院、联系方式等内容。

澳大利亚国立大学研究生项目介绍
教授简介：
Nick Barnes，澳大利亚国立大学计算学院工程学院院长，分别于1994年和1999年在墨尔本大学获得机器人视觉专业理学学士（荣誉）学位和博士学位。2003年至2016年，他在国家ICT澳大利亚（NICTA）和澳大利亚联邦科学与工业研究组织（CSIRO）担任高级首席研究员，并领导计算机视觉研究小组；IEEE高级会员。他曾获得包括计算机视觉与模式识别会议（CVPR）、机器人与系统科学会议（Robotics and Systems Science）、智能机器人与系统国际会议（IROS）和澳大利亚数据通信与计算技术国际会议（DICTA）在内的最佳论文奖和提名。
